Cancellation PolicyIf, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling 01908 563283 or email: email@example.com . Please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
We regret that you may not cancel an order for floral products once your order has been dispatched.
Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made.
However, if the goods have not been delivered we will attempt to rectify the situation.
Cancellation policy is subject to change during peak periods.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Exchanges / RefundsAll goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In the event of a complaint, please email a picture of the gift within 48 hours from the time received, this is required as the goods are perishable and in line with the Distance Selling Act.
Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price.
Should the product or services be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality Willisflowers and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
Voucher Codes / OffersFrom time to time we will be running selected ONLINE Offers, some which may run concurrent with other offers or discounts.
